The tastefully decorated and elegant interior consists of a modern living room with a TV area and a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious summer meals with family or friends. Next to the kitchen there is a dining room leading to an elegant living room, as well as a terrace and a courtyard with a seating area and a barbecue. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The first bedrooms have a sea view, and the exit to the terrace overlooking the sea. Other bedrooms have a relaxing view of the green trees of the Kamenjak Nature Park! The highlight of the house, in addition to a relaxing sea view, is a beautiful green garden behind the house with dining and barbecue area, and clean air of the natural park Kamenjak - 50 m away! There is free parking, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher! Towels, bed linen and iron available. There are 2 bicycles available that can be used free of charge for our guests!
