Villa Sole is comfortable, bright and colorful - you will enjoy its functional design and lots of light provided by large windows overlooking the pool and garden. In front of the villa there is a private pool measuring 6x4 m. The garden is loaded with swings in one part, and in the other part of the garden is a small house with a fireplace used for barbecue parties during the winter. In summer, this is a darts playroom. In the garden outside the house there is a built-in barbecue and swings for children. The interior consists of a small hallway which is entered through the front door, which is a hallway with doors to the bedrooms, living room and bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms, both double beds, with one bed in a larger double room. There is a separate wardrobe between the rooms. The villa has one shower with washing machine and toilet, and one bathroom with corner hot tub, 2 sinks and a toilet. The air-conditioned living room with satellite TV and DVD is spacious - open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer. There is also a baby cot and high chair. The door from the living room opens onto a spacious terrace with comfortable garden furniture to enjoy the view and relax by the pool. Pets are NOT allowed.
